Miley was accompanied by two friends during her outing, and looked happy and content to have a relaxing day just hanging out.
Throughout the day the star took her ride to a car wash and got a bite to eat.
While Miley is in Los Angeles, her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth is in the Big Apple where he continues to promote his upcoming film The Hunger Games, and will tonight attend the New York premiere.

When asked what the biggest challenge for Liam was while filming the drama movie, Miley said: ‘I think the hardest part for Liam was being away from me.’
She added: ‘And his brother and his family and all his friends.’
At the event Miley once again showed off her stomach in a stunning glittery black bustier and matching maxi skirt, both by Pucci, but she insisted she wouldn’t be stealing the spotlight from her Australian other half.
She said: ‘He looks way better than me, trust me. He’s got on a beautiful Dolce suit and he just looks so handsome.’

She told interviewers: ‘We have three dogs, so that takes up most of our time. The only time we leave the house is to go to the pet store or take them to the park.’
