She is usually seen in knitted jumps  with animal prints emblazoned proudly across the front, knee length  skirts and prim choir girl dresses playing Rachel Berry on Glee. 
But  Lea Michele has displayed a very different look posing for Glamour  magazine, one that oozes sophistication and effortless sex appeal, which  will no doubt leave many fans stunned. 
The actress, 25, is seen posing in just a pale pink cardigan and her knickers showing off her incredible lithe limbs.

She has her shiny brown hair down in a tousled ‘I just got out of bed’ which makes her all the more appealing. 
Gone is the stiffness of her character and Lea appears relaxed and content.
Lea has been named the magazine’s Diva Next Door as part of the Glamour Women Of The Year Award 2011.
The  Glee star, who admits to having similar traits to the relentlessly  enthusiastic Berry, believes women have to embrace their inner diva. 
She  said: ‘Women in powerful positions get labeled with the D word, but you  have to use your diva-ness for good as a way to show your strengths.’

The actress, who is appearing  in the star studded flick New Year’s Eve at the end of this year, also  admit she would like ‘to be a high school student forever.’
Lea   joins the lineup of women to be honoured at this years Glamour Women Of  The Year awards and joins Jennifer Lopez as one of this year’s  recipients.

Speaking  about her special brand of humour she revealed: ‘My mouth has gotten me  in trouble my entire life. I just happen to be making a career out of  it.’
The Glamour Women Of The Year Awards take place on November 7 in New York.
